Video: Outer V Tutorial

Here is a video on how to create a dramatic outer V eyeshadow look.  It is actually very simple and I only used 2 eyeshadow shades.  I think this would look great with black or gray shades of eyeshadow and a vampire costume for Halloween or maybe some winged eyeliner for a night out on the town.
