Cute Mom on the Go!

I understand that there are moms with little ones that need a couple key things:
1. An easy "go to" piece that you can just throw right on after a shower
2. A "5 minute face" for makeup
3. An easy wash and go hairdo with a minimum amount of styling
4. And of course great shoes and accessories to dress up your outfits!

This dress is a great go to piece because you can throw it right on and it is figure flattering because of the tie around the waist. It actually comes in four colors.  I know I always talk about buying neutral bags but they just go with everything! Plus this is a nice sized hobo bag and it is perfect for carrying around a couple things for the kids! This one is a little pricey because it is Marc Jacobs but they sell similar bags everywhere!

Now for the hair:

 

 I am just in love with Jen's new cut! And it is so perfect for a mom on the go! Just a cute one length bob. If you have thick hair it is best to add layers but with this cut the only maintenence is a flat iron! Flat ironing will probably only take about 5 to 10 minutes. If you have any frizz or flyaways you need a serum! Serum is one of my favorite products and I reccomend it to almost every client.

Lastly the 5 minute face:

 

Find a foundation that works for you and start with this on your 5 minute look.

 

This is awesome because it has your blush, bronzer, and highlighter all in one!

  After the foundation and blush add just a little shadow. This is probably the best palette ever! And such a great go to because it has natural and neutral colors on it.  

 

After all that just curl your lashes and put on some mascara.

 

Lastly add some gloss or lipstick and you have your five minute face! On days you are really in a rush just skip the eye shadow!
