Samsung HM1000 Bluetooth headset (Free after rebate) just pay $4.99 s&h

I'm really liking this 1 Sale A Day site I found. Today their offering a Samsung HM1000 Bluetooth headset free after mail in rebate. There is a link to the mail in rebate on the site.

It's only $19.99 to buy it initially then free after rebate.  Actually even the $19.99 isn't bad considering it says the retail price is $139. There's also a $4.99 shipping free so technically it will cost you $4.99.

The site says the offer is only good for another 10 hours.  They also have silver stud earrings on the site.  It says their free but there's a $4.99 shipping fee so I'm not really sure what kind of deal that is.
