This Twitter Party features culinary expert, Tori Ritchie Tori Ritchie is a cookbook author, teacher, and TV personality.
Tori Ritchie will be tweeting from @CanolaInfo "Saute, Sweat, and Sweaten" discussing Americans' most common cooking technique, sauteing. Learn this tech as well as "sweat" let the food soften in their own juices, and "sweeten"=caramelize
Follow @CanolaInfo on Twitter. Tori has taken recipes from around the world for CanolaInfo's "Saute today" collection with healthy cooking recipes. There are recipes inspired by India, Morocco, Italy, Austria, Japan, and France.
